Integral Scaffolding are actively recruiting Scaffolders and offering Scaffolding Traineeships to grow our expanding team. We operate out of Orange and Mudgee in regional NSW, and service sites all throughout the Central West, Mid West and North West of NSW.

Positions available include Casual and Permanent Full-Time, including Permanent Full-Time Traineeships. Permanent staff must be willing to relocate to the Central West or Mid West.

Renumeration

Integral Scaffolding offers above award conditions and staff earn above award wages. Wages are scheduled based on the candidates qualifications – e.g. Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Tickets. Additional allowances for Mine, Residential/Commercial and other work conditions are offered in addition to base wages.

We believe your last hour on the job is worth just as much as the first, and so as part of our wage package, we also offer:

  • Superannuation paid on all time worked
  • Leave Accrual on all time worked (for permanent employees)

E.g. A permanent full-time scaffolder starts at their base hourly rate, plus allowances, plus super and leave entitlements on all time worked.

Training Opportunities

Traineeships

In addition to Scaffolder positions, Integral Scaffolding are also recruiting candidates with the right attitude to complete a 24-month Scaffolding Traineeship. In addition to achieving a Cert III in Scaffolding, the traineeship is inclusive of on-the job training in a Residential/Commercial and Mining environment. Trainees will learn to:

Apply basic levelling procedures; Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry; Plan and organise work; Conduct workplace communication; Carry out measurements and calculations; Read and interpret plans and specifications; Handle and position scaffolding tools, equipment and components; Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding; Forklift operations; Work Safely at Heights; Elevated Work Platform; Dogging and General housekeeping.

Candidates interested in completing a Scaffolding Traineeship must be willing to relocate to the Central West (Mudgee or Orange). Candidates interested in a Traineeship should contact Human Resources directly at (02) 6362 2502.

Setting the standards higher

Integral Scaffolding strives to set the standards higher, are ISO accredited and audit our policies and procedures annually. We utilise lightweight Layher Scaffolding and WACO Kwikstage Scaffolding, and are committed to safety first and setting industry standards. Our new team members will:

  • Have the right to work in Australia
  • Be loyal, respectful & have a focus on safety
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be willing to work some weekends & away if required
  • Be willing to work aboveground / underground and nightshifts
  • Be willing to work 12 hours shifts
  • Be able to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening and be willing for Integral to process a National Police Check
  • Be willing to drive above and underground
  • Be local or willing to relocate for a tree change
  • Have an Australian drivers licence (minimum C Class licence, unrestricted)

Integral Scaffolding, based in Orange NSW, is expanding rapidly and has some rare opportunities for the right people in these trying times to join our loyal and dedicated team of professionals. The right candidates will be carrying out work in Orange and surrounding areas as Confined Space Sentries on a casual basis (Shutdown & Maintenance). As this is a local based role Integral Scaffolding will offer transport from Orange to Mine sites.

Integral Scaffolding offer upgrades and renewal of your Confined Space, Test Gas Atmospheres and Work in accordance with an issued permit competencies for the successful candidate in return for demonstrating loyalty, respect and safety.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Ensuring safety of personnel in confined spaces
  • Signing of confined space permits and paperwork
  • Gas testing the atmosphere within confined spaces
  • Remaining alert for your full 12 hour shift
